Viroflay Spinach

A gourmet French heirloom, this variety dates back to 1866. Leaves can grow up to 10 inches long and are lush and green and are very versatile to enjoy. They can be enjoyed fresh or cooked. The plant can get up to 2 feet wide and with 10’” long leaves. Very high yields. Best to direct sow.
