Red Acre Cabbage

The Red Acre cabbage is a tightly packed plant on a short stem. Its head is a reddish-purple and is resistant to cabbage yellow disease. The head grows up to 7″ across and weighs 3 lbs. Wonderful to add color to traditional coleslaw.   *Photo credit to H.Willens*
