Pink Plume Celery

This variety grew in popularity after it was introduced in New York in 1894. With unique purple flushed stems, this celery has a sweet and incense flavor similar to fennel. Can grow up to 30″ tall! This plant is actually smaller than traditional celery. Delicious fresh, steamed, and especially good in soups.
