New Zealand Spinach

A distant cousin of spinach, this variety is technically not a true spinach but is used similarly for its texture and flavor. This unique variety has small spear-shaped leaves and grows tall and upright. There’s no reason to worry about early bolting here. This variety is heat tolerant and will produce all summer long. A great source of vitamin C.
