Green Sausage Tomato

Indeterminate – This variety has a number of different uses because of its unique shape, color, and flavor. This variety requires very little staking because of its small, compact plants. Produces higher yields of 4″ long, sausage shaped fruits. Yellow and green bi-color fruits with a sweet and tangy flavor, perfect for adding color to a salad or sauce. Can be used as a paste because of its thick walls, or in fresh eating to add tang to any recipe.
