White Sweet Spanish Onion

Long Day – A pure white variety with shimmery, easy-to-peel skins. This variety has a mild and sweet flavor. Bulbs can reach over 3″ in diameter. Delicious green scallions are just as edible as the bulbs. Great to add to salsas, dips, and salads. Best suited for Northern regions, grown as a fall onion in the South.
