Armenian Yard-Long Cucumber

A favorite among kids, and kids at heart, for its fun snake-like shape. These cucumbers are tasty and refreshing, especially for those hot-weather months. Slice them, among with sliced lemons in a water pitcher, and let the flavors melt together for about an hour, add ice, and serve!
