Utah Tall Celery

Utah tall celery is a massive variety of celery. Capable of growing bundles nearly a foot in diameter. The photo is one that we grew last year, and it weighed almost 5 1/2 pounds! Lush, green, and very fragrant. Good in soups, stews, and fresh eating. This variety is cold-tolerant, heat tolerant, and very easy to grow.
