Formanova Beet

This tender and sweet variety are also known as “butter slicer” due to its wonderful texture. Large, cylindrical roots extend above the soil for easy harvest. Famous for its slicing uniformity compared to round beets. Top leaves are a delectable addition to salads; roots are great fresh, diced, canned, or pickled. Grows 4-8″ can be harvested at any size.
