Okahijiki Saltwort

Considered one of Japan’s oldest vegetables. Also known as “land seaweed”, this variety is perfect for use in stir-fries, sushi, and salads! Matures very fast, and is long and thin! salty, and crisp in flavor! Bright green and grows well in containers. Thrives in hot weather.
