Ha’Ogen Melon

Known as the melon of Israel, this variety is named for the Hebrew word which means “the anchor”. An early melon that grows from 3-4 lbs. Striking in color and texture, this variety will keep for 3-5 days once cut. Its size allows for tender flesh and an overflow of sweetness.
